Our bakery’s story is one of dreams, determination, and a deep love for baking. It all began when our founder, pastry and bakery chef Damith, traveled to the Edmonton city and fell in love with the art of bread-making. He spent years learning from master bakers, perfecting his craft and developing a vision for his own bakery.
we opened our bakery with one simple promise: to create treats that feel like home. Every loaf, pastry, and cake is made from scratch each morning, using wholesome ingredients and time‑honored recipes — no shortcuts, just honest baking.

We make everything ourselves from scratch. Our Artisanl bread is a hand crafted, high quality bread made using traditional methods,simple natural ingredients and typically involving longer fermentation time. Baking is an art form and it cannot be rushed.
All of our long fermentation bread begins with our real authentic sourdough starter. Not only are our long fermentation bread delicious, but they’re also good for digestion and are a diabetes-friendly alternative.
